Founded by Michael L.Ricketts in 1984 as a fully integrated fee-for-service real estate development and consulting company, BRC provides a wide range of capabilities, including development management and construction management services. Expertise is tailored to match specific client needs. Key associates include Larry White, Thomas French, Glenn Dowling, and Ben Ricketts.  Tom is an expert in construction management with experience on major construction projects and a specialization in government contracting. Joining the team in September 2025 is Benjamin Ricketts, our Director of Business Development. In this role, he is a development key director focused on Msports, a Motorsports Experience Center in development in Prince George's County, Maryland. Glenn Dowling's focus is on energy and the development of energy-related PPA opportunities. Larry White oversees project development.
