Management Team

W. Thomas French – Director Energy Services Division. Tom has worked for 30 years developing energy efficient and sustainable projects and was doing so before it has become fashionable. In 1994 he completed the first LEED platinum rated office building in the country. Since that time he has lead teams to utilize energy efficient technologies on a variety of industries, businesses and geographic locations. His experience ranges from controls and instrumentation, commissioning, retro commissioning, design and development management, to facility management. Tom is capable of guiding your design, facility managers or facility engineers toward the most cost effective energy efficient solution whether the energy medium be kilowatts, Gas, Oil, Coal, Biomass, Solar, Geothermal or a combination of all.

Michael L. Ricketts – is a CRE Development Executive with extensive LEED project development and management. As the president of BRC Development Group, LLC Michael is committed to carbon neutral development and approaches sustainability in all facets of development.
